Samsung's new foldable phones are Affair With A 20 Year Old Female Studentcoming, and we've got pictures to prove it.
Leaker Evan Blass and 91mobiles have released the first official-looking images of Samsung's upcoming foldable smartphones, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4, and the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4.
First up, the Fold 4. We don't get to see the device from all sides, but the image reveals just enough to give us a glimpse of the three available colors: phantom black, beige, and graygreen (names according to Blass).
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 pictures reveal just a little more, as we get to see the device's bottom. That's enough to confirm that the new phone will, indeed, have a flatter design than the last year's Galaxy Z Flip 3.
We also get to see the four available colors: Gray, purple, gold, and light blue.
Blass says more is coming (including pictures from different angles), so we guess this will be one of those phone reveals where most things are known before the official launch.
On that topic, Samsung has now confirmed the rumored August 10 date for the launch of new foldable phones. The company posted a riddle on Twitter, with three images: One containing jumbled characters, and the other containing circles. The final image shows the circles you need to match with the characters to get the launch date.
This Tweet is currently unavailable. It might be loading or has been removed.
Samsung will also likely launch two new watches at the event – The Galaxy Watch 5 and the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro – as well as the new Galaxy Buds 2 Pro earbuds.
