Every year, comic shops all around the world participate in this special event by giving away free books. Fans can get their hands on DC All In: 2025 Special Edition, Marvel's Fantastic Four/X-Men, The Amazing Spider-Man/Ultimate Universe, and so much more during this giveaway. See something you like? Well you know what to do. Many comic book shops will be participating in this event, but you can make use of this Free Comic Book Day store Locator to find your nearest shop and confirm they'll actually be giving out free comics. And then make plans to attend. Clear your schedule. This is free comic books we're talking about here. This takes priority over whatever else you had planned.
It's important to note that Free Comic Book Day isn't actually free for store owners. They will still need to pay shipping costs for these books, so it might be a good idea to purchase a few comics to go along with your freebie. No pressure, of course. Just an idea.
