Though she's officially known as Rep. Maxine Waters, the Congresswoman recently embraced a new title: "Auntie Maxine." On AM Joy Saturday, Waters -- sorry, Auntie Maxine -- explained why she'd be happy to be an Auntie to her new adoring fan base.
