The second version is a bit more special and limited at only 1,000 copies: a 180-gram translucent blue and orange pressing only available at MondoCon this weekend in Austin, Texas.
Both versions of the Portalrecord come in a cool, unique sleeve to match the puzzle game's penchant for throwing interesting challenges at players — a magic wallet-style sleeve that opens from both sides.
Via GiphyThe sleeve was designed by Alan Hynes, who has designed dozens of concert posters, movie posters for Mondo, and Mondo's re-press of the Fight Clubsoundtrack on vinyl.
The Portal soundtrack is itself an intriguing and challenging series of songs that range from ethereal to eclectic and includes one of the most recognizable video game credits songs of all time: "Still Alive."
