A mom spearheading a medical awareness fundraiser was overjoyed when she received not the biggest,Watch Raw Talent Online but the best, donation of them all: One from her own son.

Shelby E., who goes by @pcos_support_girl on Instagram, has been raising money for and awareness about polycystic ovary syndrome, a hormonal disorder affecting the ovaries. When her son Parker, 6, overheard her discussing the fundraiser over the phone, he decided to make a wonderful contribution of his own.

"Last night, I was on the phone discussing how close I am to my personal goal of raising 1000 dollars," Shelby wrote on Instagram. The next day, she found a note addressed to "Mommy" on the kitchen counter along with all $2.50 of Parker's piggy bank savings.
