This past summer was basically hunting season for hackers (as HBO well knows),Love Nonetheless but just because fall is now upon us doesn't mean the hacking spree has stopped.
Vevo — the joint venture between Sony Music Entertainment, Universal Music Group, Abu Dhabi Media, Warner Music Group, and Google parent company Alphabet Inc. — has confirmed to Mashablethat it's the last victim of a data breach.

They also confirmed its UK office security had not been impacted.
OurMine — the hacking group behind the recent WikiLeaks takeover and other breaches like HBO, Netflix, the WWE, and Marvel — claimed responsibility for the hack and posted 3.12TB of Vevo's internal files online.

Credit: Mashable Gizmodo, which was the first to report the hack, reported that at first sight the leaked content seems "pretty mild," containing "weekly music charts, pre-planned social media content, and various details about the artists under the record companies’ management."
