Occasionally,Woman Who Does as Her Oppa Wishes you might find yourself craving something a little sweet and a little salty. But you probably wouldn't think chocolate-infused cheese could be the solution to that problem.
Dairy specialist Curds & Whey in Melbourne, Australia, is providing just that. The Italian blue cheese called Choco 21 has been ripened in a chocolate liqueur, then rubbed with cocoa and decorated with chocolate chips. And while it sounds a bit suspect, the foodies are loving it.

Owner of Curds & Whey, Anna Burley, told Mashablethat the chocolate cheese isn't as intense as one would imagine.
"The blue itself is quite mild, and the liqueur adds the chocolate flavour without being sweet," she said.
"The customer reaction to the product had been very positive before the post went viral, we had been expecting it to be popular but were surprised at just how much of a conversation starter it has proved to be."
You might not be keen on the taste, but at least it'll leave you with something to talk about.
