Top pick: Flubber

Flubberembodies so much of the '90s: The ubiquity of Robin Williams, weird-ass ideas that got made into movies, and the inexplicable allure of green slime. It's surprisingly emotional in parts, showcasing Williams' careful balance of humor and heart, and worth a watch or rewatch any time.
